Lenoir Downtown Cruisers are Now Sawmills NC Cruise-Ins
Many of you know us as the Lenoir Downtown Cruisers. While our location and name have changed, we are still the same group that has brought together car enthusiasts and families for years. As we have found a welcoming new home in Sawmills at Baird Park, we've officially become Sawmills NC Cruise-Ins. Join us on the first Saturday of each month, beginning in April and continuing through the first Saturday in October. at Baird Park in Sawmills, NC. Cruise-In Hours are 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Bring your classic car, hot rod, motorcycle, truck, or modern ride and enjoy an afternoon of great vehicles, music, food and community. Our move to Baird Park provides a spacious location with convenient amenities and plenty of parking while continuing the tradition that so many have enjoyed over the years. (Location: 4064 Baird Park Drive, Hudson, NC 28638) Whether you knew us as the LDC or are joining us for the first time, we invite you to come spend the afternoon with us. Family-friendly atmosphere with fun for all ages!
NC Blackberry Festival
Held every year in July in beautiful Downtown Lenoir-With over 200 vendors lining the streets, blackberry food and drinks and all sorts of crafts as far as the eye can see... Each year, 1841 Cafe dishes up scrumptious offerings to dazzle the taste buds, paying homage to the local wild berry from our youth, the blackberry.
